Cancellation Policy for Boiler and Company

As a business, we rely upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations.

We therefore kindly request that diners give us notification if a cancellation or an amendment is required:

For tables of 1-5 guests we request 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment wherever possible.

For tables with 6 or more diners we require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment.

For reservations of 2 or more, we require your debit/credit card details. These will be held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault. For further information, please visit: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe.

A charge of £25 per person will be made in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings dictates this precaution is necessary. We will contact you a day or two prior to your reservation via telephone or SMS to confirm.

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold unconfirmed reservations. We politely ask that you are ready to be seated at your time of booking or contact us if you are running late. We hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.

To ensure that we can cater for you appropriately, please notify us of any dietary requirements prior to your visit. By making a reservation at Boiler & Co. you agree to our reservation and cancellation terms. --
