Cancellation Policy for Boiler and Company

As a business, we rely upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations.

We therefore kindly request that diners give us notification if a cancellation or an amendment is required:

LATE CANCELLATIONS

For tables of 1-4 guests we request 2 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment wherever possible.

For tables with 5 or more diners we require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment.

For reservations of 2 or more, we may require your debit/credit card details. These will be held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault. For further information, please visit: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe.

A charge of £25 per person will be made in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Our experience of parties failing to cancel or late amend bookings dictates this precaution is necessary. We will contact you a day or two prior to your reservation via telephone or SMS to confirm.

TASTING MENU AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Tasting menus and special events are booked on a pre-paid basis. For prepaid reservations we are able to rebook you up to 60 days after the cancellation if the same event is available, if is not available we can offer you credit for the amount prepaid. We close tastings and special event reservations 48hrs before the date so we can't replace or refund bookings done with less than 48hrs notice.

PARTY SIZE

If a reduction in the size of the party takes place prior to the reservation date, we are unable to issue a refund for the deducted guest(s), unless we can place you at a smaller table. This option will be subject to availability. Reductions on the day of reservation will not be refunded or may incur a charge.

BOOKING GRACE PERIOD

We are unable to hold unconfirmed reservations. We politely ask that you are ready to be seated at your time of booking or contact us if you are running late. We hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.

DIETARY AND ALLERGIES

To ensure that we can cater for you appropriately, please notify us of any dietary requirements prior to your visit. By making a reservation at Boiler & Co. you agree to our reservation and cancellation terms.
