We push for innovation, sustainability and to showcase local products and ingredients in our food and drinks menus, providing unparalleled service and an ambiance driven by live DJs and entertainment to make every night a unique experience.
The name itself stems from tradition, drawing inspiration from the bold, steaming boilers found in boiler houses and boiler rooms – where the magic happens.
At Boiler and Company, we embrace skill and craft from all over the world – the fashion designers, the beer-makers, the whisky distillers, the farmers, the entrepreneurs. Positioning ourself at the forefront of sustainability, we are proud of our closed loops, London living wage certification, social initiatives and hyper-localisation of supply chain.
Our open-source blueprints will make Boiler & Company a synonym of transparency, high-quality, socially responsible and profitable operations.
Like all the best ideas, Boiler and Company started on the back of a bar napkin, and is the result of two hospitality veterans who live, eat and breathe their industry. They finally decided it was time to give back their learnings and experiences over the last decades.
Adam Carr – a proven operator, leader, and innovator with over 17 years in F&B, entertainment & nightlife, operating at the highest level working with 5* properties and top-end award-winning independent bar and restaurant concepts.
Cesar Breton – for the past 10 years his career has been about making visions happen, with projects with roots in Australasia, the Middle East, Europe and Latin America.
With genuine hospitality at the core of our values, we open our door to anyone that is looking for a safe, warm and ambient space in which they can relax and enjoy good food and drinks with friends, family and colleagues.
