Following on from the hugely successful launch of guest Chef residencies after opening our doors back in January, we are now delighted to welcome multi award-winning Chef Jitin Joshi to the Boiler & Co. kitchen.
Jitin brings with him a wealth of experience, creativity, and innovation, along with some amazing accolades to his name. He was head pasty chef in Jason Atherton’s at Maze which received a Michelin star within 8 months; spent five years as Atul Kochhar’s right hand man at Benares, securing a Michelin star along the way; and most recently worked as executive Chef at Gymkhana: widely recognised as London’s best Indian restaurant, helping to ensure it retained its Michelin star. Jitin is recognised globally for excellence and achievement.
Working alongside Boiler & Company’s Creative Director Adam Carr, this dynamic pairing will push boundaries – combining a common ethos of creativity, flair and integrity – to provide an exceptional guest experience. With a commitment to sourcing sustainable, seasonal ingredients to produce dishes, drinks, and pairings that will excite the London food and drink scene.
We will be launching a tasting menu around his unique style after he finishes the second guest Chef takeover at London’s Carousel – a kitchen welcoming world-renowned chefs from around the globe (image above of the ‘Tarabooj Penicillin’ cocktail pairing Adam created for the Carousel takeover). But for now, you can sample some of his creations on the a la carte menu at Boiler & Company which we guarantee will be an experience in itself. Book your place now to try the new dishes and be part of this exciting new residency.
